The rules and responsibilities for using FuturaPath.
These terms explain how you may use FuturaPath and what responsibilities apply when you create an account, add content, use reminders, or subscribe to paid features.

Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of FuturaPath, including our website, app, blog, account tools, reminders, and related services. By using FuturaPath, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.
What FuturaPath Is
FuturaPath is a productivity, planning, micro-goal, reflection, and reminder support tool. It can help you organize direction, create small next steps, schedule reminders, and reflect on progress.
FuturaPath is not a medical, psychological, therapy, emergency, or crisis service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FuturaPath. If you use FuturaPath on behalf of another person or organization, you are responsible for having permission to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, activity under your account, and notifying FuturaPath if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping account credentials secure.
User Content
You retain ownership of the goals, micro-goals, reflections, schedules, notes, and other content you create in FuturaPath.
By using the service, you give FuturaPath a limited permission to host, store, process, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
This permission does not give FuturaPath ownership of your personal content.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@futurapath.com. Deletion may remove access to your goals, reflections, schedules, subscription access, and related content.
Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Acceptable Use
You may not abuse, attack, scrape, or disrupt the service; create bot or spam accounts; impersonate others; upload unlawful or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; misuse reminders or notifications; or use FuturaPath for illegal purposes.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some FuturaPath features may be free, while others may require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan terms may change over time. Payments may be handled by third-party processors, taxes may apply, and cancellations take effect according to the billing terms shown at purchase or in the billing portal.
Refunds are handled according to the posted refund policy or applicable law.
Notifications
FuturaPath may provide optional reminders, notifications, and follow-through prompts related to goals, micro-goals, supporting tasks, reflections, schedules, appointments, and other user-created commitments.
Reminder delivery may occur through in-app notifications, email reminders, browser notifications, and future mobile push notifications.
Reminder delivery depends on browser permissions, device settings, internet connectivity, email providers, and third-party notification services. FuturaPath does not guarantee delivery of any reminder at a specific time.
Users may modify reminder preferences or disable reminders through account settings.
Users are responsible for managing their notification, reminder, and marketing communication preferences through their account settings. FuturaPath provides self-service controls for reminder channels, reminder types, and marketing communication preferences. Support should generally only be required when a technical issue prevents a user from updating preferences or accessing the account.
FuturaPath also provides self-service controls for profile details, timezone preferences, and verified email or password changes where those features are available.
FuturaPath may send account-related communications such as password resets, email verification, billing notices, security alerts, and important account updates when needed to operate the service.
Marketing emails, newsletters, blog updates, and promotional messages are optional and controlled separately from product reminders.
FuturaPath reminders should not be relied on for emergencies, medical needs, legal deadlines, financial obligations, or other high-risk situations.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
FuturaPath can support planning and follow-through, but it does not guarantee personal success, financial outcomes, health outcomes, productivity results, or completion of goals.
Not Professional Advice
FuturaPath content may discuss productivity, planning, procrastination, ADHD-friendly workflows, reflection, and personal growth. It does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or professional therapy. Please consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Service Availability
FuturaPath may change, pause, or experience downtime. We work to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
FuturaPath owns its website and app design, logo and branding, blog content, original visuals, software, product names, copy, and interface elements. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or republish FuturaPath content or product materials without permission, except for normal sharing and linking to public blog pages.
Public Blog Content
FuturaPath blog content is public and may be shared by linking back to the original article. Wholesale copying, republication, or resale of blog content or visuals is not permitted without permission.
Termination
FuturaPath may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, illegal activity, spam, security risks, or violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, FuturaPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for outcomes from decisions you make based on your own goals, plans, reminders, reflections, or use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as FuturaPath changes. When we do, we will update the Last updated date on this page.
