Refund Policy

Fair billing, clear expectations, and support when something goes wrong.

This draft policy is written for FuturaPath web subscriptions. App Store and Google Play purchases are handled through their own store refund systems.

Website subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased on futurapath.com, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase by contacting support@futurapath.com.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel before renewal from the billing portal. A cancellation stops future renewals, and your current paid access remains available until the end of the billing period.

Refund handling

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card network, and bank. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account.

Mobile app purchases

If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be handled through Apple or Google. We can help you understand your account access, but the store controls the payment and refund process for those purchases.

Account data

When paid access ends, your existing data is not deleted automatically. You can still view and complete existing items, while Pro-only creation capacity and advanced planning features may be limited until access is restored.
